As a qualified Pilates and Fitness Instructor I offer a range of classes that you can attend.

Chair Based Exercise

Chair Based Exercise classes are designed for people who require gentle exercise. Chair Based is suitable for the older adult and the disabled.

Golden Oldies

You are never too old to start exercising or stop for that matter. As we get older it is very important that we keep our fitness levels as well as our muscular strength and flexibility.

By participating in a structured class we can cover all these area and also keep our minds sharp.

Mature Mega Mix

A low impact class, incorporating an aerobics, resistance and core workout.

Suitable for beginners and the over 50's.

Pilates

Pilates is mat based exercise which focuses on core strength, whilst working every muscle group in the body.

Aquafit

Aquafit is a water based exercise class, incorporating aerobic exercise and strength and endurance exercises.

Due to the buoyancy properties of water, whilst exercising the body is supported. This dramatically reduces impact on the joints.

Therefore for sufferers of joint pain ie arthiritis, this is a much more comfortable way of exercising.

The class is taught in shallow water so there is not a requirement to be able to swim.

This class is aimed at the over 50s. The content of the class involves a bit of low impact aerobics, strength and toning with weights or bands and balance exercises.

Comfortable clothing and sensible shoes/trainers are required.

This is a fun and friendly class where as well as improving your fitness you can make new friends.
